Affiliate Programs for AI Tools and Software
AI tools are mostly SaaS, which means the affiliate economics look like software rather than retail: lower order values, frequent recurring commission, and free trials that delay the moment a referral is confirmed. The category also moves fast — pricing, positioning and even company names change on a scale of months — so anything you write about a specific tool's terms dates quickly. That is precisely why it is worth checking current terms with the vendor before you publish, not just when you first apply.

Recurring commission is the point
A subscription paying a share every month for the life of the account is worth far more than the same percentage once. AffiFind records whether a programme is recurring; in AI and SaaS that field usually matters more than the headline rate.
Free trials delay and complicate attribution
Many AI tools convert through a trial. Whether the referral is credited at trial start or at first payment, and whether the cookie survives that gap, is worth confirming with the vendor directly.
Terms change faster here than anywhere else
Pricing tiers, rates and even programme existence shift quickly in this category. Treat any commission or cookie figure — including one shown here — as something to verify with the merchant before you rely on it.
Match the tool to what you actually use
AI audiences are unusually quick to notice when a recommendation is not grounded in real use. Programs for tools already in your workflow tend to convert better and are far easier to write about honestly.
